4 Week Challenge

Subscribe to take part in a FREE new year’s lifestyle change challenge!?

I’m running a free, 4-week version of the life style design program, starting between Jan 2nd-Jan 6th, I’m going to call it the life style starter challenge and here’s how it will work:

– Subscribe to download the 4-week male or female training programs and the Fat Loss Macro Cookbook (Click here to subscribe)
– Drop me an email saying, “I’m in” along with your age, height, weight and goal. From this I’ll be able to work out your starting calorie and macro targets. I’ll even throw in a sample meal plan based on your targets and a nutrition document educating on you on the basics. (You can do this via the contact form HERE or via the mail icon on the top menu)
-You’ll add yourself into my private Facebook group ‘ Life Style Design- Online group’ In here you will get all the support and accountability you need. You can ask questions and share your progress.
– At the end of the 4 weeks there will be a prize for the best male and female progress so far as well as the biggest contributor of content to the group. The winners will get to continue to remainder of the full program for free!
