What I have achieved so far is not only to lose fat and build muscle but also how to train with correct form, which has not only got rid of a shoulder problem, I am now able to train smarter and harder too. Not only does Leo help me with my nutrition, he writes up weekly training programs, he also encourages me and supports me when I am at the weakest. Leo's accountability is also second to none as he is always just a text away if I need some advice.. I've learnt so much so far in nutrition, exercise order, correct form which made me more confident to undertake training on my own. I am so happy with how my body is changing I decided to sign up for a Mens physique show this June. I’m nervous and excited but I trust in Leo and I know with his guidance he will get me to stage condition. I have to say I haven't enjoyed training this much in a long time and is a worth while investment. I would highly recommend Leo as a PT/Coach to anyone who is thinking about it.""Last year I decided I wanted to compete again after a successful firm attempt at a junior mens physique show I placed 3rd in. After watching the results of some of his other clients at show I decided to work with him for the 3 months leading up the competition in April of this year. Leo was a fantastic prep coach always there when I needed to offer support and answer any questions I had. His get the most out of the least approach to prep was great it left me motivated for every session and always wanting a little more so when the time came to really push hard for the last 4 weeks I was in a great place to do so. I will continue to work with Leo through my offseason to get into the best place possible ready for another show next year.""Before starting with Leo I was struggling to cut my body fat and lacked direction in my workouts. Leo set up a plan which fitted me perfectly as well as working out some initial macros and outlined how to implement them. Results started to show quickly and each week we progress a little more. The workouts got tougher and we continued to explore new exercises and ways of doing things. Leo is very passionate about what he does and his communication is great. I have learnt so much about how to properly train and eat, it was a great investment which has paid off. ""I enlisted Leo’s help to just dial in my shape for a last minute shoot. I had 2 weeks and knew I needed to maximise everything about my training and diet so I knew I had to work with Leo. With such a short time frame we went quite aggrieve from the start however it was still enjoyable as I was changing so quickly and learning so much as we went. Leo’s support throughout was great outside of the sessions we spoke frequently to make sure everything was on track. The initial diet he set me up with was specific to me and fitted my lifestyle well whilst shedding the body fat quickly. I’m so happy with the results I got from working with Leo and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing any help getting in shape.""I was working with Leo for around a year before deciding to enter a men’s physique competition. In this time results were inconsistent as I didn’t have any clear goals and ultimately was quite happy with the trade off as I enjoyed my lifestyle. I decided that I wanted to really push myself, commit fully and see where I could take my physique, so I asked Leo about competing. The last show of the year was 9 weeks away which Leo told me was very optimistic and wouldn’t be easy. We decided to try it anyway and I’m so glad I did. I enjoyed the whole experience so much that we decided to enter another competition this time with a full 12 weeks to diet down and I can’t wait to get stuck into the process again and continue to watch my body change under Leos guidance.""3 years ago I competed in a fitness model competition and hired an online coach to guide me through it. He was a successful competitor himself so I paid upfront for the whole 12 week preparation. I was so disappointed at the generic training diet and cardio plans I received with minimal to no ongoing support, accountability or motivation. When I decided it was time to get back in the gym ready for a holiday I knew I needed to work with Leo this time around. All the sessions and initial macros/ diet advise was completely tailored and took all of my lifestyle into account. Leo analysed everything and was constantly making changes based on the feedback I gave him. I would get messages from him most days wanting to know the finer details of everything I couldn’t believe the amount of support I was getting. This was key for me and a big part of why I managed to get such good results. It’s frustrating that I didn’t use Leo for my first show but we already have a plan in motion for a show later this year and I’m certain this time around I’m going to be pushing for a placing.""My main goal when working with Leo was to improve my tennis performance while also reducing my body fat. Leo sent me other sessions to perform in the week and alongside the nutrition advice my body started to change. I decided to start using my fitness pal, Leo worked out the initial macros he wanted me to hit and frequently checks my diary online to hold me accountably to them, giving me feedback as we go. I have learnt so much about training and nutrition from Leo and most importantly my tennis game has improved moving me up 2 national and 10 international placing. I was doing CrossFit 5 times a week which I loved but my results seemed to stall quickly and I couldn’t seem to get any more body fat off or get stronger. Leo started picking my food diary apart and highlighted several areas which needed improving and provided ideas and strategies to make the changes. I still enjoyed some meals out with friends on the weekend whilst managing to start reducing my body fat again all while increasing my strength. The feedback was I needed some more size so we went away and focused on building muscle with a well-structured offseason plan. When the time came to start the dieting down phase again for another show I continued to work with Leo as we transitioned to the cutting phase. After working with Leo for so long he has a really good understanding of how my body and my mind works which means the programs I receive are perfect for me. I trusted in Leo completely and every week things kept progressing as they needed too. I had never been very fit or active anyway but after the diagnosis the weight piled on very quickly. It wasn’t something that I really took notice of – I was probably completely in denial about how big I was. I realised as my niece was getting older and more active, there was more things I wanted to get involved in with her, but I couldn’t because I was so unfit. I decided that I wanted to make a change to my life and be able to do all the things I wanted to with her, so I joined a gym and that was it!
